About Kriscon Engineering

A Personalized & Professional Experience!

Kriscon Engineering was born out of a simple idea: 'provide premium and hassle-free house building' to families who are looking for luxury and premium homes and villas. Our approach in constructing homes is to be as open and transparent as possible, thereby enhancing our customer experience throughout their journey with Kriscon Engineering.

Most of the people who build their house in Sri Lanka tend to end with a disappointment with the final product. One of the main reasons is that majority of the house building companies focus only on the initiation of the project. The customer journey and final product delivered are often overlooked. Unlike majority of the house building companies in Sri Lanka, we are a team of professionals coming together to create the best possible house. Modern house plans, systematic processes, and quality materials are some of the values that we build into our model.

We always look forward to listening to our clients because we believe communication between us and our clients plays a key role in completing the project on a happy note from both ends. We stay open and flexible to the customer's wants and needs to ensure we build their home in the way they dream it to be.
